We were engaged by the owner of this building to get the property ready for their new tenant and later asked by the tenant to carry out the shopfitting aspect for their new business.
This project highlights how diverse our company is as we carried out much needed clearance, demolition and heavy duty structural repairs to the property. As for the finishes, the tenant expected the best for his luxury themed award winning franchise.
Carrying out his project during the first COVID lockdown had its challenges. However, the main challange was the race to complete the shop fitting in time for the relaxation of COVID rules which allowed barbers to open back up. We were very keen to allow this establishment to open its doors for the first time to catch the increased business from prospective customers needing their first trim out of lockdown.
